If you have recently made changes to your DLP rules, then there is a chance that your Virtru instance has not yet automatically refreshed to incorporate the changes. After making a change, it can take up to three hours for DLP changes to set. However, this can also be done manually.
If using one of the Chrome browser plugins, head to your mailbox (Gmail/G Suite or Office 365 OWA), hold shift, and refresh the page.
In Outlook, go to the Virtru Menu in Outlook > Options > General > Refresh.
