If you encounter an error when trying to download an attachment from the Secure Reader, your organization's network security may be blocking the source of the file.
Encrypted attachment contents are stored at encrypted-storage.virtru.com. If this is blocked by your organization's firewall, you won't be able to retrieve your files. To ensure a consistent Virtru experience, your IT administrator will need to whitelist the endpoints listed here.
If you're instead viewing a PDF in the Secure Reader but do not see a Download option, your sender has likely used Virtru's PDF Watermarking feature which, in addition to adding a watermark of your email address to the file, disables downloads.
